Disable 5ghz on my Sky router

How do I disable 5ghz on my Sky router please?

@cici4 See if this helps but do switch it back on once you have fixed you issue unless you are doing something that no longer requires you to have it on! Seperate link for the other Hubs! Although about splitting just do the disable for your 5Ghz!

Thanks for that but I'm still struggling. On my product settings I only have Broadband shield, Internet security and talk shield. When I go into hub using 192.168.0.1 I can't see any option to turn it off. I can go to the 2.4 ghz tab and 5ghz tab but there's no otion to turn off 5ghz?

To save you any time, Enable WiFi Access Point, uncheck the box, apply and save the setting! Reboot the hub if you are not sure!
