Direct number for the Department that deals with moving Sockets
Looking for a direct number to speak to someone at Sky/Openreach re moving a Broadband/Phone Socket in our house due to renovations.
Called the main Sky Customer Service number and made it clear what we needed. After 45 minutes of being passed from one department to another I got a text late on Tuesday evening to say an appoinment had been booked for then next day (Wednesday) I specifically requested a Monday or Friday due to work. No option to amend the appointment without calling them. I took the afternoon off work only for an Engineer to turn up that 'doesn't deal with that' but he fixed an apparent fault on the line that we weren't aware of, we've had no issues at all. Called Sky again , another 45 minutes of speaking to more incorrect departments I eventually paid £65 to then recieve a message last night that an appoinment hasn't been booked and to call them...with no number! Shocking Customer Service. Really can't face another 45 minute phone call with numerous departments!

Re: Direct number for the Department that deals with moving Sockets
There is no direct number to a specific department. Availability of an engineer from Openreach is not under Skys control.

Thank you.
I thought that would be the case. Worth a try though.
