Difficulty setting up sky tv and broadband. Engineer out twice. Can’t find out reason from sky.

Changing from Virgin to SkyQ tv and broadband.2  Engineers came out ,couldn't connect tv to Virgin internet until sky fibre set up. Ended up with two sky  contracts for broadband(not my fault). They cancelled them and were supposed to sort this all out. Keep saying they will call me back but never do. I'm at my wits end  Does anyone know how I can find out what's the problem. Can I cancel the whole lot and stay with Virgin?Inside my 30 days cooling off period I hope
