I am also having this issue today. Sorry I can't be of help in solving it. The app and website both say there are no issues, but I'm continually being promoted that the internet has dropped and to "fix it". Apparently no outages. Orange lights for internet and voice, internet light sometimes goes out completely, sometimes flashes. This has happened about fifty times today with no luck. Yes, I've unplugged everything, turned power off and waited, rebooted everything. Followed every instruction I can find. When it does work briefly, speed is around 41mbs, guaranteed at least 53.3 and average is 73. Is there any way to actually contact sky?
