Devices jumping from hub to booster
Having an issue in my home office with devices jumping from the main hub, which is 10 feet from my desk with a clear line of sight and showing a full signal to the booster at the other end of the house with a weak signal which then can't sustain video calls etc.
Have experienced the issue with multiple devices, windows laptop, Mac and iPhone.

Re: Devices jumping from hub to booster
@Duck+off287 one of thecdisadvantages of the way Sky mesh wifi works you cannot normally control which device connects to each node but that does sound unusual. It might be useful to download an app like Wifi analyzer onto the laptop (ios devices dont allow third party wifi diagnostic apps to work) which will show the signal strength of each service in range with their channel. If there is another wifi network on thecsame channel as your hub thst could cause issues. Also check there isnt another wireless source like DECT cordless phones near the hub which is affecting theceifi signal.
