Devices connected but no access to the internet
Router is on with all three lights green (Power/Internet/Wireless)
Four devices can connect but have no internet access (Two phones/TV/Laptop)
Turned power on and off on router
Pressed reset
Logged in with Sky ID and used the service checker, it says "Your broadband looks good" and "Your WiFi looks good" - 32.8mb/s
Service checker say's there are 0 connected devices however devices definitely are connected, they just have no access to the internet. The devices are all connected wirelessly but not through Sky boosters, Sky Q boxes or any other WiFi extender.
Wasted a Saturday going round in circles, not being able to talk to a human and being directed back to the service checker (Which doesn't work) repeatedly. Not good enough Sky.

Have the same issue on the Sky hub, the smiley face flash's amber for a few seconds then goes off, repeatedly.

Re: Devices connected but no access to the internet
Same issue here, absolutely ridiculous. Having to set up a hot spot to work, can't get to actually talk to anyone
