Devices can't connect to WiFi even with 4 green lights
We've had sky broadband installed today & wax told once 4 green lights show on the router then everything is fine then & everything will connect. My phone will connect ok but xbox & smart tv won't connect. I've ran a wifi test & it says everything is running good & I still have 4 green lights

@ChrisF10 Is your broadband sheild settings still set to default of PG13. This can be found in my account under broadband & talk Try turning it off and connect the Xbox.
