Hi,
I have today signed up for sky tv and broadband, the activation date and installation date is all fine.
My concern is the hub will be delivered orior to me moving in and will not be there to collect, can i change the address this is delivered to so i can ensure I am in to receive this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jamiew1293The router is delivered by the post office, so if you are not home they will leave a card to come collect it or ask for a re-delivery.

Hi,
i did state when joining i have not yet moved to this address but no alternstive option was given.
Is there a way to change this before sky dispatch?
