Delivery was due today for sky broadband hub, but didnt receive it

Hi all. So my BB Hub meant to be delivered today on 20/07/24, that's what my parcel tracking by Royal Mail says, but didn't receive anything at all. Engineer visit is on Mon 22/07/24. What should I do now?

Your broadband activation can still take place without the hub so not having the app will not delay it.

 

What shows on Royal Mail tracking now about the delivery ?

I can't check.it anymore for today as I'm not registered in royal mail app, so I only could check it 3 times. Probably tommorow will renew or after midnight. As soon as I will see any changes I will update post tho.

@Kamil94 the tracking will tell you little until your postman gets round to making the first delivery attempt hopefully on Monday.

  • Also I just receive msg now which says that open reach on behalf of sky will  start work on Mon. I need to reply yes to carry on. Is it how it supposed to be?

So I've checked royal mail app and it does say my sky package is due for delivery today. Unlucky it meant to be on a Saturday first time was 7.45am, then 9.30am, now is Monday and there was no changes apart from engineer's visit between 8am-1pm. Hopefully at least he will turn up in between that time, fingers crossed tho.

Also I've got that msg from open reach working on behalf of sky, they've sent me like a calendar note to download with all the details of their visit,  and there is like a bell and it days 15mins before, I guess they will send me a notification 15mins before they arrive?
