Hi all. So my BB Hub meant to be delivered today on 20/07/24, that's what my parcel tracking by Royal Mail says, but didn't receive anything at all. Engineer visit is on Mon 22/07/24. What should I do now?

I can't check.it anymore for today as I'm not registered in royal mail app, so I only could check it 3 times. Probably tommorow will renew or after midnight. As soon as I will see any changes I will update post tho.

So I've checked royal mail app and it does say my sky package is due for delivery today. Unlucky it meant to be on a Saturday first time was 7.45am, then 9.30am, now is Monday and there was no changes apart from engineer's visit between 8am-1pm. Hopefully at least he will turn up in between that time, fingers crossed tho.

Also I've got that msg from open reach working on behalf of sky, they've sent me like a calendar note to download with all the details of their visit, and there is like a bell and it days 15mins before, I guess they will send me a notification 15mins before they arrive?
