Delivery of hub was to the wrong address
Was told that my delivery was delivered but the photo provided was of a different front door and not my address

You are going to have to use call Sky or use social media to contact them about this if Royal Mail have delivered it to the wrong address.

I would suggest here that you also contact your local Royal Mail delivery hub.They will know that it's been delivered to the wrong address (they use location tracking) but it may be difficult to get them to redeliver to your address. Royal Mail may want to return it to Sky..

Not sure how Royal Mail are going to do that if they no longer have it.
