Delivery delay

Hi I am waiting on the re delivery of my router as there was an issue the first time around. Someone was supposed to call me yesterday but didn't and now bizarrely I can't get through on the phone or via email. Unrecognised  number and undeliverable email address!

Does that number work for you? Say's not in service when I dial it.
