Delays and pausing all the time and waiting for tv schedule…

Came home earlier and there's no connection to tv, turned everything off for two minutes at the socket and rebooted the mini box in bedroom only for it to do the same again...repeat then sort of better but still pauses/ delays in sound and picture....difficult to watch Peter Kay....so tried looking for something else and got "waiting for schedule " this is so frustrating, I feel like "what am I paying for" clicked on Spider-Man to watch...."please wait"   For gods sake🤦🏻‍♂️

@RD68  Ypu've posted this in the Broabd n sectuon but mention a mini box which is got a Sky Q satellite TV box, please can you confirm with Sky TV box you have as based on the confusing info posted so fat would suggest you have Sky Q and that being the case has nothing to do with broadband.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Delays and pausing all the time and waiting for tv schedule…

Does it really matter which forum your on....the explanation is the same? I have been holding for Sky CS for last twenty minutes and told they're shut as it's 9pm. Leaving me with a problem with my faulty viewing.....I've been a customer for over ten years and not really had much of a problem so choosing how to resolve the problem is not the norm for me nor understanding which people to talk to in a forum? If you can help then that's appreciated 🤷🏻‍♂️ why are Sky using it's customers to solve their issues?

Hi @RD68 - the reason it helps if the post is in the correct section of the forum is that it will increase the likelihood of someone being able to offer more practical and useful advice. For example, other customers of Sky Q for instance would likely only take a look and read posts in the Sky Qsection of the forum and not the Sky Broadband section of the forum. One of the SuperUsers+ members of this community will be able to move the post to the correct part of the forum if you confirm which Sky TV service you have, which should be help you get useful and relevant advice.
