I placed an order to upgrade my broadband to fibre on May 5th as I am working from home and my internet is awful. I have been sent many texts telling me my order cannot be completed because of Openreach, but two weeks ago Open reach put a new phone pole to cope with the fibre for me and my neighbours, now my order is delayed AGAIN until July 31st! This is not good enough, I am unable to get a human on the phone to discuss and am considering cancelling ALL my services as its useless. My internet is off more than its on at the moment but my bills are still gone up. I have messages from 31st May when I took a day off to have the engineer around and have had the same message every week since. Is anyone having the same issues and what can we do.

Unfortunately individual ISPs are not permitted to exert pressure on Openreach to complete any particular installation: you'd face exactly the same issue with provision from any other Openreach-based service.
