Then that would be a more complex issue. Openreach would have to install seperate fibre drop boxes to every resident and install a fibre ont in every flat/apartment . You will be the first to know . Apart from a few openreach vans or a contractor or two the "single dwelling unit will change to mdu. Unfortunately this can be a lengthy process
