@Gaming21  What packages show when you check your account with Sky? Are any of the ultrafast packages available for you to pick?

@Gaming21  So why would you say there would be a delay, if you are trying to book an install then you would be given the first available date for this?

I've been waiting 5 months for a install just wanted to see what the k12 assure meant and if its any further along

@Gaming21 Just does not work like that, once OR get the fibre in and all the ISP's get there duck's in a row, it is released for use and if the ISP's are up and at it, then you order, sit back and take what ever is given to you. All ISP's have zero control off anything apart from your actual order, it may take a week/month or months to go from what you have to what you want!

@Gaming21 Going to have a look at your postings as you have multiples all over the place, Are you in a MDU Flat or a Single home?

@Gaming21 MDU is a Multi Dwelling Unit, ie a flat many homes and a special way to get fibre and way more difficult. and as you have posted all over the place with multiple advice been given may just be the good idea to do a brief recap.

The table shows single dwelling unit with no anticipated issues and an fup install  install stage of 2. But nothing to suggest 5 months. You would ned to call sky

Thank you someone who isn't being a total ...... I've contacted sky and they have told me  they are waiting on a engineer to do the outside work on the building  but have uses that excuse on multiple times🙂
