Delay upon delay with Fibre install, from Superfast ,now with price increase, i'm looking to cancel.

So ordered Full fibre on Dec 29, and waited in twice and 2 failed appointments. No comms.. Having to call all the time. Now supposedly 29 Feb but not holding my breath.  To top it off, the price increase for both current and new service..  Just going to cancel this Fibre package, as nothing has been achieved. Nothing. When will it be live, Sky cannot tell me !!!  So not EVENTUALLY paying 43.00   . I'm going with BT Fibre at 29.99. Although both companies use Openreach, i bet BT are quicker, No rush though,,  I'm fed up with ripoff  SKY.  Lets have the SAME Fibre 150 from BT   thanks.

Openreach is absolutely forbidden from providing BT with better service than any of its other ISP clients: there's a department within Ofcom which specifically exists to prevent BT Group leveraging an unfair advantage from its continued ownership of Openreach Ltd.

This year BT is applying a 4% CPI plus 3.9% price rise.
