You have to wait 24 hours. Openreach will contact you, to make a new appointment. If they did not, you have to call Sky.

This is 2nd time. And nobody is picking up calls at sky. They are always busy. Just take money on time. When you want help they are busy.

The guy who was supposed to come didnt even call me. I took day off for this appointment to get it installed today. Didn't get any text or email. Mysky only shows call or talk here. Nobody pickup calls on sky. I tried to many time. I'm tired of waiting for 40 50 mins.

It could be a "Ghost order". But I am not sure, it needs to be checked by the Sky advisor to see what is happening.

You have to try to get in touch with Sky. An advisor will assist you further. You can also ask them to keep you updated about the order and the progress. Try tomorrow morning, I think the lines are not so busy in the morning.
