I ordered the new sky ultrafast broadband and the services were due to start on the 15th August. Then I get a message saying my services are delayed and I may be elugibile for autocompensation. I haven't been able to get any compensation so far.
In addition, no definite idea when the services will start. How long should I wait?

I would contact Sky as they can check with OR.
Compensation will be dealt with on completion of the installation.
