Delay in connecting broadband

Hi, signed up for broadband March 2025, still havent been connected as an issues connecting to my house, open reach keeps changing dates to connect, believe I am entitled to £6.24 for every day this is delayed but when does it start from and how long will it last as still not connected. All the time I am paying full price for Virgin as sky said they would do the transfer over, if I cancel sky will I still get the compensation as starting to look like ot will not happen in my life time ?

If you cancel with Sky you might not qualify for the compensation credit due to the fact you would no longer be moving to them.
