Delay in broadband installation

Hi there, 

i have been waiting for the lads to come and install the broadband connection from this very morning. And in the evening i got an email from sky that there has been a delay. When i try to reschedule the engineer visit, i am not able to. Have any of you encountered the same ?

@Jerish  Have you been given a new date for the install to happen? Was this in the email that you got from Sky?

Hi there,

 

No theres nothing mentioned about the date in the email about the next visit. I was told to reschedule the next visit. But when i call the number, its not getting through , not even ringing. I have no clue what to do?

Yes, my fibre was supposed to be installed on 25th July and I'm still waiting.

 

Openreach are a pain, so yes I'm in the same boat.

Contact I've had enough of calling Skyand in the end I have a complaint in.
