Dangerous fibre broadband cable across my front step.
Fibre broadband was installed at my home earlier this year. The final length of the cable-before it enters the home- has come loose from the staples. It is now dangerous and I could easily trip over this loose cable in the darkness.
Openreach has told me to contact Sky. Sky has told me to contact Openreach. Sky are adamant it is not their problem yet research and advice advise me to contact my provider in the first instance.
Sky will not open a complaint. Advice required please.

Re: Dangerous fibre broadband cable across my front step.
You are correct that Sky need to raise it with OpenReach, unfortunately its becomming increasingly common recently for Sky staff to just not be bothered with raising it with OpenReach.
The best cause of action is to raise a complaint with Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Openreach 'should' deal with this without the need for contacting Sky in my opinion. See this link about damaged equipment etc
