Daily Broadband Outage

Our broadband has stopped every day around lunchtime for the last three weeks. The outages last for between 5 minutes and 20 minutes. There is no facility to either email or talk to someone about this. We previously used another provider and never had any problems. Can someone from Sky please assist in resolving this? Thanks.
