Posting this for family, they have been with Sky for many years and manged to keep the phone service seperately with BT, it has come the time they want to move to a better connection via Fibre, but when they approached Sky they were told they cannot get fibre, which we know is active in the street and neighbours and other service providers and the openreach checker all say it's possible.
I feel the issue is with the 2 provider set up they currently have, and I am trying to untangle this, do people think it will be best to cancel the current broadband and then re order the full fibre and phone via a single provider, they are happy with the service from Sky so far so probably will remain.
