DEEBOT N10 No Longer Connecting to Wifi

Hi Support,

I own a DEEBOT N10 Ecovacs robot cleaner. Its been finctioning fine for months but has suddenly stopped working. Ive been theough all factort resets and support with Ecovacs and everything is fine on that end. The only remaining issue is that the Sky router has had an update thats preventing the connection I've had similer issues recently after Sky updates with devices like Apple HomePod. The Deebot can no longer connect to the WiFi can you support please. It seems there are so many issues with devices post your updates I question the quality of your regression testing before you release fiemware updates.

@KAP81 you are not talking to Sky by posting on the forum but like most ISPs. Sky do not provide support for customer's devices

There are literally 10s of thousand different devices customers can want to network no regression testing will catch all. Where a significant number of customer's' devices are affected as happened with the Apple Home Pod issue Sky opened a ticket, found a solution and it was sorted. It is highly unlikely they will in this case unless other Deebot users post with the same issue.

A simple hub restart often sorts issues but I assume you have tried that. Deebot have this trouble shooting page https://www.ecovacs.com/us/support/app-wifi-connection/troubleshooting-for-home-wi-fi-connection-fai...

I would also try splitting the two wifi bands on your Sky hub as some devices have issues despite claiming dualband compstability see Split Sky WiFi bands

Hope thst helps
