Yes, that's typically correct. Cancelling a cancellation is inherently risky.

Sky have to cancel down the connection within their systems & an Openreach engineer has to out to your local cabinet and disconnect you so it isnt as simple as just flicking a switch.

So why does sky offer you a better deal 2 days before cutting you off, if they then cannot reverse it?

Sky made an offer for e to stay which I accepted, was then told 22 days before being reactivated. It's 2024 not 1924.
