Customer service impossible to contact

So we had a sky engineer come out to get our wifi set up, however we are now facing a delay of up to two weeks after already waiting two weeks for the installation. The engineer sent out said openreach were supposed to visit in order to get our fibre cable installed, however no one turned up. To make things even better I am unable to arrange another visit as my phone number is not linked to a Sky account despite me being contacted on that number from Sky. Then there is no email to even write in to, and then finally the chat bot can't transfer me to an agent. These delays are simply ridiculous and seriosuly leaving me considering whether Sky is going to be the best option for broadband, if a simple installation can go so wrong with no way to rectify the issue.
