Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

@Teresa701  You need to call Sky, you can't request changes to your account in public forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My hub is broken and open reach guy doesn't have access to sky hubs. Can't find a customer service number have had no internet for 3 days

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
