Customer service contact details - questions from landlord
Hello,
I'd like to switch to Sky broadband but have a couple of questions from my landlord about the installation process/where holes need to be drilled. It would be appreciated if there was an email address or contact number that I can pass these onto, so we can finally get this installed. As I am not a Sky customer at the moment, the contact number I have found does not work for me.
Please help.

@Starting The installation can't be predicted by Sky as they simply won't have any idea about where lines are or how they come in.
Have a look around at other properties and it will give you an idea of how an Openreach install will take place.

Re: Customer service contact details - questions from landlord
Sky won't have that information in any detail: they don't know anything about your address that isn't publicly available. They also won't talk to your landlord unless the broadband order is placed in the landlords name.
If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
