I'm trying to set up two separate networks from my sky router. One to control kids activity and one for parents. How can i do this?

As a minimum you would need a much more sophisticated router with the ability to broadcast more than one SSID, and probably VLAN functionality.

There are some technical restrictions: do you have FTTC or FTTP?

Easiest option would be to add a separate WAP (wireless access point) with it's own SSID & password. Then change the password on the Sky Hub.

Bear in mind that this will only be a temprary solution until they become tech savvy, as devices can easily be factory reset to default. The only real solution is respect for the house rules, enforced with confiscation of devices when breached.
