Could I reschedule the Sky Broadband engineer visit, please?

I am a new customer.

Is it possible to reschedule the Sky Broadband engineer visit to the 18th, 19th, or 20th?

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

You could try the advice on this link otherwise you will need to call Sky when the lines open

Note that if the original appointment is for today (or maybe even tomorrow) you'll be charged £25 for cancelling at this late stage.
