Re: Cooling off period

@Knucklehead2025 Don't think so!

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order for Sky Broadband without giving any reason any time up to 14 days ("cooling off period") from the later of: (i) delivery of your Wireless Router; (ii) activation; or (iii) receipt of the relevant terms and conditions for that product/service. Sky may offer an enhanced cooling off period from time to time which we will advise you of at the time of your purchase. If you take fibre-based Sky Broadband and you request an engineer appointment, a separate cancellation policy applies to installation services which is contained in the Sky Fibre Broadband Installation Terms and Conditions.

Re: Cooling off period

 I do ! I've had that very conversation 3 times on phone with Sky reps since taking out my contract with them.  The third time was this morning and we even worked out what the end date is on my 31 day cooling off period.

Re: Cooling off period

No, they haven't offered me any sort of enhanced cooling off period. It was always understood that those were the terms.  When I called up on the first day of the service going live I was informed of that, in their words ''you have 31 days cooling off period to try the service and you can change your mind and cancel within that time with no penalty''.  That's my understanding of it !

@Knucklehead2025   It's 31 days for broadband as you correctly stated https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

It's 14 days in the ROI.

@Bluenose1-3690  As per Sky's website the correct period is 31 days Cool Off, however if your outside the cool off period,  it's 14 days notice to cancel Broadband which would be inline with the SLA for switching to another provider via OTS
