Contract ending soon, best contact to negotiate.

Contract ending soon for broadband and TV services. Anyone had any luck with getting Sky to keep at the same price to extend contract ?

@GB15 it is worth checking the prices from other ISPs and calling in - there are no "magic numbers" but if you want a free call dial150 on your Sky Talk line. Sky are under no obligation to offer a discount which is why it is worth knowing what you would pay if you switch.
