Continual loss of WiFi

My WiFi drops out ALL of the time.  Constantly switching everything off and on.  Only works once every 3rd go.  Booked an engineer to come, took the whole day off work, and he didn't show up.  No phone call nothing.   I haven't even had contact from sky to apologise or rebook.  Disgusted

@markospolo I am escalating your pist to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

 

Sky should have been told what happened to the engineer who doesn't work directly for them so its down to Openreach.
