Appreciate the help but using ROI flag this 0333 number …

@Walker3

I've just checked the link and changing the flag in the bottom corner to the ROI flag brings an 0818 for me.

Odd. For me I get a 1800 number, but in incognito mode, the 0818 number. Must be a cookies thing.

Re: Contact number Ireland

Thanks . Refreshed on iPad and got that number. Will try tomorrow as have run out of patience today. It's  like a roulette table - every time you spin , a new number turns up and none of them are winners 😂

@Mark39

That number (1800) came up for me last week but a bit later it had reverted back to 0818.

Re: Contact number Ireland

Can someone just put up the full 1800 number and not just the 4 digits

The forum doesn't allow that, I'm afraid.

Contact Phone Number ireland

I need to talk to someone about my order and when I go through the flow and eventually get to Call a SKY expert  the only number displayed is an 0333 number and the line is dead! Can anyone advise? Thanks

@JayBor
From a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile dial 150 to call Sky (free) or alternatively use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

@JayBor When you are on the Contact Us page you need to make sure the flag being displayed at the bottom of the page is the one for ROI, that will then show the number for Ireland.
