Constantly resetting router to connect wifi

I've found my newly connected sky will connect to my phone without Internet. I found i can manage to connect my resetting the router but unfortunately every time I leave the house and come back I'm faced with the same issue having to constantly reset. Does anyone have any ideas as to why his might be? It's only my phone as far as i can tell as I can use alexa and watch things through netflix on the tv. It's very frustrating.  Thankyou

@Cmrich88 if onllyone device is disconnecting but the others aren't dont reset the hub instead check the network settings on the device for the Sky connection. Depending on the OS the device is running look for settings to trust the Sky setting.

Repeatedly resetting the hub can cause some connections to slow down.
