Constantly losing access to servers, now locked out of 2 x banking apps!

Been unreliable for months! Constantly have to reboot router & devices. Servers not responding & now locked out of 2 x banking apps - Needless to say I am currently seeking an alternative Service Provider!

Problems solved @ half the price!

 

Unlimited data sim £20 a month & set an old mobile as a hotspot. Speeds have now gone from 3 - 7Mbs with Sky, up to 33 - 300Mbs & I have no more service issues👍!

Note that if the issue is with the Openreach circuit, any other Openreach network ISP will just inherit it.

The issue is not with Openreach! I am fully aware of the limitations of the Openreach network, & the affect on speeds due to distance from telephone exchange (as I was employed by the for 30 years). The issue is with Sky equipment! As I did not suffer with these issues when with BT & TalkTalk, who used the same network.

@Ged2wilson there is no reason why Sky kit is the cause of your issues as there are no significant differences with BT and Talk Talk freebie routers or theway networks are configured  if you would like help in sorting the issues please post your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
