Hi guys
So last 2 months or so i start having network or hub problems honestly don't know.Now everyday i have about 30 + (at least) disconnections .. sometimes i dont have middle light on , or its orange or it is just completly off.First 2 are more often tho. So yes i need help otherwise ill go crazy.
Any suggestion what to do i really want this fixed
Now for the last picture when i pressed "improve my speed" i got few sec disconnection every time i dont know if is relevant but anyway.

Had conversation with sky expert yesterday but since i needed to verify and change some things , he told he will close chat bubble , now i dont know how to continue or contact him again do i need to ask for inv again?

My internet also down more than up all afternoon/evening but surely this is a Sky network rather than local issue?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Yesterday check took seconds - no fault found even though connection coming and going before/after check.
Today been running for several minutes and I suspect I will lose connection before it completes 😞

This website timed out twice while others did not and then the test timed out as well. All connection lost for a couple of minutes.
On refresh of test get a looks good on both wifi and broadband....
