For the past year or so the upload speed has dropped drastically to roughly around 0.45-0.70 mbps and I understand that sky do not guarantee a minimum upload but it hasn't always been like this. Numerous openreach engineers have been out and tested the router on their own and they get around 40 mbps down and 6-7 up which is what I should be getting, but what I'm not understanding about this is every time they finish and leave the speeds remain at around 35-40 mbps for down and 6-7 up which is brilliant but it only lasts for a couple of days before dropping again and remaining at around 20 mbps for down and as mentioned 0.45-0.70 for up and I test regularly using ookla on a pc which is connected through Ethernet. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Secondly can you post your hub's connection stats please see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Hi, thank you for the quick response. I'm pretty sure the router is connected via a master socket 5C.

yeah, well as you can tell the download isnt really the issue but the upload definitely is. with the amount of openreach engineers that have been out and tried to fix the issue the speed just goes back to this no matter what. im just really confused, though i will call them again and tell them what has been happening i just hope this gets sorted out sooner rather than later.
