@Sam5112 All the stat's are showing is that your wan connection is down nothing else. Have you had a body out for the checks on your line yet!

Yeah had an engineer out, said their is no faults along my line. Said it must be something to do with the green box. Unless enough complaints come in, he said nothing will be done about it. Looking at ordering starlink now, absolutley ridiculous.
