Does anyone else have to reconnect their skyQ box to the skyQ mini every day anometime twice a day - when i spoke to sky, the told me i had to reset all our sky devices, basically unplugg them for at least 30 seconds and then that should reconnect everything.. however, we have to do this at least twice a week.
can someone give me any way i can solve these issues or is this just the service we have got from sky

You should not have to do that. It sounds like you may need a booster or Sky Q engineer to vist so they can look at your mesh.
