We have sky super fast broadband but are constantly getting very low speeds, a separate speed checker shows speeds of less than 10 though the sky app shows 18, still considerably less than we should get and it's been like this for months. Whenever I phone up I just get all the usual checks and then recently they sent a new hub but it hasn't changed things at all. I have an engineer visit booked but it's not until March.
