Connectivity from router to sky qbox

The network connection within the settings section has an x by it. When I go to  network set up  it tells me to hold the button on the side of the router. After about 3 minutes it says connection failed.

Without the Internet connection I can't access BBC iplayer, YouTube etc. Similarly I can't connect to the mini box in the other room and get sky multiroom

@Selly Switch it all off for a couple hours both the sky Hub and the sky Q box, see how it goes when you put it back on!
