Iv already written once on here today so I'm sorry if I'm being a nuisance. Firstly my internets been playing up, light was orange but now it's back to green but the internet still isn't working on phone or TV. Now my satellite for TV isn't working properly and when I check it comes up with the pictures I'll attach below... is this an overall problem as I booked an engineer thinking there's something wrong with my broadband and they charge you £25 to cancel but I don't know if it's a problem with mine specifically or if it's even a problem with broadband or TV??

Hi @Soph55 

Have you had bad rain or a thunderstorm? This may cause the satellite issue.

 

As for broadband I am not aware of any wider outage so any problems you may be having must be more local or just yourself so I would say the engineer is justified.
