Connection to router yes, connection to internet no. Ive been round and round the onscreen instruct

My sky q box is connected to router but not to internet. I have been round and round the onscreen instructions nothing is working. Ive tried using ethernet wire still nothing

@Snuffy the LEDs on the hub tell you what is happening see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If they show you the hub is connected but no data flows try powering down the hub forcat least 30 minutes which should clear the fault. If it doesnt give Sky a call.
