Since changing broadband, I am struggling to work from home due to connectivity

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Enzo4 if working on a device connected by wifi it is very likely the issue is poor wifi. Ideally use an ethernet cable or move closer tomthe hub. Allternatively look into improving wifi in your home either by paying Sky for their WiFi Max add-on and asking for an extender or by buying your own wifi kit.
