Connection to broadband and glitches

I have been having trouble with my broadband. It keeps glitching when I am using it It only started happening when I upgraded to ultrafast broadband

I have also found the Sky Broadband services glitchy. The wifi signal appears and disappears and even when it is there the internet is not.

I checked with Sky and there was no outage.

It happens throughout the day and seems to be after i had an upgrade to SkyQ and ultrafast broadband.

 

I think the Sky service has a systemic bug and like the post office scandal you only think its happening to you.
