Connection to My Sky on my PC

I can access My Sky on my mobile but I cannot log on to My Sky from my Computer even hough the WiFi address is correct it will not get me past the email log in and password.  Why is this happening?

What do you mean by this, can you not select the login button ?

My sky is a mobile app, on a pc you would use the website
