Hi there - connection drops multiple times a day, and then just comes back after a few minutes without me doing anything. It's getting seriously annoying...

Your minimum guarantee is 44Mbps and you are getting 39Mbps furthermore you should be getting 50-70Mbps. Clear line fault call sky on 150 from your landline or
