@zeinaa  Have you ran any test to see if the issue can be found and this let you book an engineer?

Same thing happens here. Sky have allegedly boosted our service and are charging an extra £6/month. But it has made no difference. The other night we couldn't watch catchup at all. Fed up with watching the spinning circle when you want to he getting in with work on the computer. I think it is probably the Openreach phone line. We had the same issue at our last address. Just have to hope fibre comes soon.

@pigsty2palace  If you have broadband boost then it does not boost your service, this let's you get a booster if you are having trouble with your Wi-Fi throughour the property.

I am not sure what the boost is doing. We have noticed no change to the service since it's been applied. Speed is not the issue here, but continuity of service. We do seem to have the lowest speed compared with any of our neighbours, but the current speed is not an issue for our usage. It's whether the internet is actually working or not. It cuts out for minutes at a time. Very frustrating.
